'We had a pleasant stay, 4 nights, in this friendly, affordable hotel. Staff was extremely helpfull and attentive. Free bikes, without asking got a takeaway breakfast as we checked out very early, and lots of smiles. The room itself is comfortable and breakfast with plenty of options. Only minor downsides were the lack of view, and the hot water which was hard to adjust. Bed was comfy and airco worked fine. Location is close to shopping center and a few restaurants.'

'Het hotel is goed gelegen en de service is uitstekend. Kamer was ruim en net en de opmaak verliep vlot en correct. Er is een wisselkantoor in het hotel dat de juiste koers toepast. Wij waren hier vijf nachten en zouden er terugkomen. Het restaurant is niet op het niveau van de andere diensten. Meestal waren de gerechten lauw, ook bij het ontbijt. En je krijgt niet wat het menu vermeldt: vervang vegetable door ajuin vb backed fish with celeri = vel gestoofde ajuin met wat groene bonen en weinig...

'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit hotel en de service was uitstekend. Welkomsdrankje, zeer vriendelijk personeel wat behulpzaam was mer verstrekken van info en regelen van taxi etc. Zwembad op het dak heerlijk om even bij te komen, wel wat weinig ligbedjes. Ontbijt uitgebreid, kamer ruim en sfeervol. Enige minpunt is dat het warme water in de douche lang op zich liet wachten.'

'Prima hotel, schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant op de 6e etage,leuk uitzicht over de stad. '

'While the staff are quite nice and helpful, the rooms are a little run down. The AC doesn't work very well so it was pretty hot during the night. Note that the front rooms of the hotel face a noisy street so it's best to request a room in the back if you're a light sleeper. Staff were nice and helped us change rooms because of the noise. Overall, ok place to stay, but nothing too nice.'

'Nice hotel and friendly staff but there are a few issues. Hot water was extremely patchy for one. Sometimes it would be fine, sometimes it would run out quickly and sometimes there just wasn't any. Not really acceptable for a hotel in this price range. There was also a recent problem with the elevator (not much fun if you are on the fifth floor) though this had been fixed when we were there. It lasted long enough that management had put up a sign in the lobby. Also, the 2 sattelite channels are...

'Too old, water is too slow and not hot enough. The booking information is too confused. It takes a long time for the registration. Air condition is also limited. Almost no air condition in the lobby'
