Spahotels in Mandalay

'Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. They booked taxis to/from airport. I can’t say enough good things about them. And they spoke good English (3 of the managers). I’ll...

'The staff will all get full marks for their friendliness, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, but small. I started my trip at the Aurora and was delighted to return and end it there - and enjoyed their evening free cocktail in the top floor restaurant. '

'Rustig gelegen luxe hotel in buitenwijk. Vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Gratis happy hour naast het zwemdok. Mooie ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Uitgebreid buffet ontbijt. Aanbevolen restaurant in het hotel. Goede WiFi in gans hotel.'

'Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. '

'This hotel is in a good location. But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the...

' The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. '
