'Hicimos la reservación y pagamos y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el hotel no trabaja con la app hace 3 años!!! Que no tenían ninguna reserva con nuestro nombre y que si queríamos quedarnos debíamos volver a pagar en efectivo!!! Nos trató muy mal la encargada y preferimos irnos a otro hotel'

'バガンのホテルを予約をしたのに住所はバガン、所在地はマンダレー、バガンには同じ住所でマンダレーゲストハウスはありました。次にマンダレーに着くとマンダレーホテルがあり立派なホテルでしたが目的地ではなくそのホテルのスタッフが調べてくれてバガンマンダレーホテルをようやく見つけてくれました。住所は違う電話番号は違うこのような物件をなにも調べずよく提供できる企業だと思います。ミステリーツアーのようでした。バガンの入場料を返せ。旅費を返せ。かぶったホテル代金を返せ。でもようやくたどり着いたホテルはスタッフが非常に良かった。けど近くにコンビニはなく、食事を食べる場所も少ない。ホテルは4丸だけどホテル・comは一度スタッフを派遣してヤンゴンからどのようにしたら目的地に着くか調べろ‼️ついでに金返せ。'

'Nice hotel and friendly staff but there are a few issues. Hot water was extremely patchy for one. Sometimes it would be fine, sometimes it would run out quickly and sometimes there just wasn't any. Not really acceptable for a hotel in this price range. There was also a recent problem with the elevator (not much fun if you are on the fifth floor) though this had been fixed when we were there.
