'The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. It was by far the worst part of our stay and made us feel very uncomfortable. Because of the cleanliness issues, I would not recommend this hotel.'

'The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and pretty clean. Check in/out is all "online" and I wasn't prepared for that, but it went smoothly after I figured it out. Would have been nice to communicate via text rather than going through the booking site.'

'Unfortunately our bathroom was a bit of a mess. The staff attended to our needs but for the amount of money we paid it was frustrating. The staff would have done more us monetarily but because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t. Lesson learned. Also there was old food left in the fridge we had to throw away.'

'There was one very big issue, the night noice of the neighbour bar till 3:30am!! Too much noice and couldn’t sleep'

'The floors and tables in breakfast area were sticky. Shower was out of body wash. No dish soap and ran out of tissues.'

'The room was great! The staff marvelous! Everything was wonderful except no free breakfast or coffee unless you were part of the club. I was very disappointed that I had to ask the restaurant for a cup of coffee or buy a cup from Dunkin…I didn’t know get any meal with out a cost. At the price I paid… I thought I would at least get free access to coffee and breakfast. I was extremely disappointed in that. I didn’t need parking.'
