La Latina studio in the heart of Madrid

SLEEP La Latina by STAY is located, as its name reveals, in the La Latina neighbourhood, less than a minute walk away from Plaza Mayor and a little further away from Sol, Gran Vía or Callao. El Rastro, the popular Sunday flea market, is also nearby, a mere five-minute walk away.

At the same distance, but in the opposite direction, you will find a plethora of bars, restaurants and theatres. Needless to say, this is the spot of the city, together with the Gran Vía area, where they most abound.

SLEEP La Latina by STAY has a fantastic studio that has been recently refurbished. This cozy studio for two with 51 m2 is a practical and comfortable solution to make the most for your stay.

It has a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels and free amenities so you don't miss anything during your stay.

We provide an in-house cleaning team for frequent or occasional cleaning services. Monthly utilities are not included in the reservation rate which represents 110€/month.

The signing of a lease by both parties is required before check-in time. Lease agreements on commercial premises that are owned and leased by businesses, in which the name of the tenant who will occupy the property, is not specified are subject to 21% VAT addition to the monthly rent.
