The Space:
It is quite spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. It consists of a super bright living room with a bay window and a dining area, 1 bedroom with another bay window and a built-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine/dryer) with everything you need for cooking and a recently refurbished bathroom equipped with a large shower cabin. The decoration has been carefully selected in order to make you feel like home and the living room has a brand new, premium sofa/bed so that 4 guests can have a confortable and pleasant stay.

Guest Access:
The apartment is not rented by rooms, so guests will enjoy the entire apartment exclusively for their own during their stay. The only shared space is the garage, which is shared with all the neighbours in the building. Everyone has an allocated parking spot, so you will always have a spot available for you.

The Neighborhood:
In the Bravo Murillo/Plaza Castilla area, a super central location with excellent communications to explore the main hotspots in the city. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy just 50m away and it is right next to the Remonta Square, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants and a large playground for children. Football fans can get to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in just 20 minutes on foot.

Getting Around:
We have a parking spot (included in the price) in the building on the opposite side of the road and it measures 5,80 x 3 meters. The nearest underground station (Valdeacederas) is literally just 2 minutes away on foot and it will take you straight to Gran Vía or Puerta del Sol in 15-20 minutes. Around the station there are several bus stops and a public car park. The apartment is outside the traffic restricted area of Madrid Central so, if you're coming by car, you won't have any trouble when getting to the apartment, except on high pollution episodes when restrictions are applied in all the city.

Other Things to Note:
There two independent heating systems available in the apartment: through the A/C devices in heating mode (you must select this mode on the remote control) and through the radiators (the thermostat is the white box on the wall next to the mirror in the dining room).

Interaction with Guests:
I am always available for guests but I always give them their space during a stay. If you need to get in touch with me, Airbnb always recommends doing it through the Airbnb app (never through other messaging platforms) and leave phone calls only for emergencies.
