HOW TO GET AROUND



Walking you have the tourist attractions 5 minutes away. You can also get there by public transport.



Metro:Callao line 3 and 5 5 minutes from the flat, Santo domingo line 2, just 2 minutes from the flat and Plaza España line 3 and 10 5 minutes from the flat.



To get to the flat:

From the Airport:Take Line 8 in the direction of Nuevos Ministerios and, once there, transfer to Line 6 in the direction of Lucero. Get off at Cuatro Caminos station and, once there, transfer to Line 2 in the direction of Las Rosas. Get off at Santo Domingo station and walk in the direction provided.
From Atocha:Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Sol station and, once there, transfer to Line 2 in the direction of Cuatro Caminos. Get off at Santo Domingo station and walk in the direction provided.
From Chamartín:Take Line 1 in the direction of Valdecarros. Get off at Cuatro Caminos station and, once there, transfer to Line 2 in the direction of Las Rosas. Get off at Santo Domingo station and walk to the flat.

IMPORTANT NOTES:



-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
