Newly refurbished cozy and fully equipped apartment in a very centric area in Madrid, perfect for families. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Recently renovated so you can relax and enjoy your trip to Madrid in good comfort. Great location in Tirso de Molina Square between La Latina and Lavapies neighborhoods. Just an easy walk away from Puerta del Sol , Gran Via and other famous Madrid most known sightseeing spots. Front of property is metro station line 1.

Private apartment is located in Tirso de Molina Square. It has been recently renovated and refurbished. The decoration is clean, modern, fresh and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with laundry, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass top range , oven, microwave.

The living room and dining area is one comfortable and luminous space, with enough seating space perfect for families.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower with glass door. Main room has double, and second room has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed. Internet wifi and cable with large flat tv.

The windows are new with metal shutters to help keep noise and light out.

The property building has an elevator but not usually need since the flat is on the very first floor.

Kitchen appliances are new and modern, digital glass stove top, dishwasher, and a cloth washer. To help well care of appliances we leave an easy to follow instructions.

Very important to respect the checkin and checkout times, these times are flexible ONLY upon availability and previously requested.

Nos hospedamos en Madrid luego de recorrer desde Barcelona el sur de España. El departamento es muy cómodo y bien equipado. Está cerca de los lugares más destacados de Madrid, la Plaza Mayor, el Mercado San Miguel y otros tantos existentes en la bella Madrid. Caminando se puede llegar al Paseo del Prado, la Gran Vía, la Catedral de la Almudena y el Palacio Real, el Rastro. La única contra es que la plaza Tirso de Molina es muy ruidosa en la noche. Mucha gente transitando y hablando fuerte lo que hace dificultoso el descanso nocturno. Por lo demás, todo de diez.

Very close to the center but noisy area.

Small apartment, perfect size for us (2 small kids and a couple). Very close to the centre of the city, about 10 min walk to puerta del sol. Metro station (train) just across the building, which is convenient if planing to use the Metro. Area is very noisy, 24/7, earplugs did not help. Bathroom did not have any shampoo and kids bedroom blackout was broken. Informed host but couldn’t do anything about it.

a perfect stay for our first time in spain! spacious, clean, all amenities, comfy beds / pillows and a well stocked kitchen! close to all the things, metro and bus just steps away, and great food on every corner. owners were very gracious and responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

Delightful

Hans and Valentina were wonderful hosts!!! The were so accommodating to us. Valentina explained everything about the property. The house was delightful. Locations was great. Neat trains and bus stops. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops in every direction. One piece of advise. If you like lots of QUITE when you are sleeping his may not be for you regarding location. We are from NY and live in New Orleans. We get busy and loud. It was super fun and cool!!!

Nice spot near metro

Nice apartment near the metro and two grocery stores. Short walk to Playa del Sol. As other folks have mentioned, the Spanish stay up pretty late so street noise is an issue. We played white noise to drown it out.

Well situated. Well appointed apartment.

We stay for 4 nights. Great location. Grocery stores next door. Everything you need. My only complaint was that the sheets did not fit the bed so I woke up every few hours sleeping on the bare mattress. Other reviews complained about the street noise and it was definitely very raucous both Friday and Saturday evening. But with earplugs I had no problem sleeping. Very clean and safe. I would recommend for a family.

Great Place

The unit was very clean, only one story up so we did not need to deal with the elevator. The location was fantastic. The subway was right across the street and on a line that went to most of the main sights. We were able to walk to the palace , cathedral, and the Prado. There are 2 grocery stores on the same block. We had a clogged sink and they fixed it right away. Super easy to check in. I only have 2 small complaints. The street outside was loud at night, I needed to sleep in ear plugs. The couch is very uncomfortable.

Great location and super clean!

Hans was wonderful to work with! The Tirso de Molina metro station is literally outside the front door. We could also walk everywhere as most all of the major sites were within a mile. The apartment was so clean and we had enough supplies to get us going until we could get to a market. A wonderful place and we hope to visit again!!

We absolutely loved the apartment and our host Valentina was very helpful, accessible and sweet . Location was great only problem we had was the outside noise level . The good and the bad . Nice flat, new and comfortable. Five minutes walking from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol. In front of the Underground station, nearby supermarkets, cafè and restaurants. Perfect location to easily enjoy Madrid. I will suggest the place to my parents for their next holidays in Madrid.

L'appartamento è incantevole, nel cuore pulsante della piazza. Non manca nulla, è attrezzato per ogni evenienza ed è curatissimo nel dettaglio. Ci ha accolto V., la figlia del proprietario, ed è stata squisitissima nel fornirci tutte le informazioni che potevano esserci utili. Se dovessi tornare a Madri, non esiterò a tornare qui.
