'The room felt quite dated, and the shower water pressure was noticeably weak. These may seem like relatively minor issues individually, but together with the overall condition of the room, they made the stay feel less comfortable than expected from a suite.
The hotel was also extremely busy during our stay. Both the pool and breakfast area were crowded and quite noisy, with many families with young children. As a Japanese guest myself, I do not mean this as a criticism of other guests, but the...

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful.'
