'Top locatie bij Discover Siam Mall en attracties . Ook een luxe spa aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. Zeer nette kamer, wel met eenvoudige bedden. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Opvallend: De portier stond klaar met handdoeken toen we verraast werden door een stortbui en doorweekt terugkwamen van een wandeling. (Ook staan 2 paraplu's in de kamer.) '

'The hotel staff were great. The hotel is pretty far from the BTS station and malls, but the hotel made it easy to get to with the free Tuk-Tuk transportation. The hotel driver made many recommendations to out daily destinations and we highly appreciated them. The hotel room was great and we liked the accommodations. We stayed for 5 nights and only tried the drinking hour once and liked it. I would stay here again.'

'Great location for shopping and eating. Shop at Siam Paragon and eat in the Gourmet food court (we went back twice). Walk to Lumpini park early in morning to see monitor lizards then walk to Dusit Central Park then shop at the attached mall and then eat in the food court. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure you enjoyed breakfast....

'When we arrived we were greeted nicely and attended well. The room we got was amazing with a nice view of the city. Sadly our experience did not end well and will make us think twice of going there. I had my period the night before we left and when they sent someone to inspect the room they literally grabbed the bed sheet and went to the front desk and showed them the blood stain IN FRONT OF ALL THE GUEST WAITING TO BE ATTENDED!
