'Travelled with my kids 19, 12 and 10. The fact the hotel has 24 hours complimentary snack station in the lobby was our first indication that they have families in mind. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and we all enjoy comfy beds, room was spotless. The location is close to the One night market and Maya shopping, lots of food options close by. We loved our stay and would book again.'

'Absoluut "value for money". Zeer goede kamer. Zwembad is wat aan de kleine kant. Ontbijt is "set pieces". Niet iedereen kan dat waarderen, maar het is wel goed. Overall, prima!'

'Water, regular and decaf coffee, and Ovaltine available all the time on each floor. Room clean and well laid out, with good A/C, comfortable bed, chair and small desk. My room had a view to an adjacent lot with a bunch of banana trees and other trees and shrubs, so full of birds to enjoy, including a pair of Greater Caucals that made cool jungle noises. A ten to fifteen minute walk to the Maya Mall and One Nimaan, right across the street from there, and not much further to the Nimaan...

'This is at most a 3 star hotel. Overpriced for what it is, which I found to be an issue in Chiang Mai. In an effort to be artsy there are exposed pipes on a cement ceiling. When other guests used the shower or toilet water would loudly run through the pipes. Air quality was mediocre as was cleanliness. Breakfast was mediocre - although had rave reviews from previous guests.'
