Perfect hotel on nice location close to the old city. Excellent service, I had to change my travel plans and check out two days earlier. The receptionist told me he would try to change my booking with the booking agency. That worked and I was compensated for the two days. All in all, perfect hotel ...

Merchant Villa
Only stayed for a short layover between flights but found the hotel lovely, clean and incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journeyhub
Comfortable rooms, and good service. Hotel shows some signs of tear and wear. Pool is located on the roof top, and is not too accomodating. View out of the hotel room was not very nice, looking onto a dirty yard next to the hotel. The hotel bar is quite nice.

Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai
The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite ...
