« Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l’endroit était vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes. Toutefois nous n’avions pas d’eau courante à notre arrivée et le problème ne fut résolu que le lendemain matin. De plus les brûleurs du bbq ne fonctionnaient pas bien ainsi que le foyer exterieur. Nous etions tôt dans la saison et peut-etre que quelques verifications auraient dû etre faites avant notre arrivée. Ces quelques petits désagréments ne nous empêcheraient pas d’y retourner par contre ! »

« What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out. »

« Fantastic location on Jordan Bay. The cottage was extremely clean. The window ACs were very nice to have as it was fairly hot the week we were there. The owner is very friendly and helpful. No problem with docking and mooring the rental boat. We certainly enjoyed our week there. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Jaquish House. We were nine adults and a toddler. Toddler, mom and dad stayed in the cottage and the rest of us stayed in the main house. The common spaces, including the kitchen, were great for a large group and well equipped. The property location, on a bluff right on the ocean, was really fantastic with stunning views. « We had a super relaxing time. The view is beautiful. Lake access is easy, convenient and perfect for swimming and lounging. The host also graciously offers the use of their kayaks, which we loved!
