Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.'

'We had a fabulous time during our stay at Bluebird Ocean Point Inn. Our room was lovely, a perfect size for the two of us and had the best water pressure in the shower. The view from the patio was beautiful. We also really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at the water's edge. 'Better bed something more comfortable'

'Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets.'

'This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!'

'I booked 2 rooms via Expedia - which listed it at $71 per room. My total charge was $303.02 - which is $151.51 per room!!! And that was with ZERO added amenities! Why was I charged OVER DOUBLE the quoted cost? To open the door to my room each time, I had to PUSH in HARD with my shoulder!!! All in all, a very unpleasant experience.'

'This is an older coastal hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here! It is extremely convenient for dining and shopping. We boarded a whale/puffin excursion just across the parking lot. Parking was convenient. I would certainly stay here again and am looking forward to doing that!'

'We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! Bringing our grandchildren here has become a tradition, and every year we make more wonderful memories. 'There are two things about this property that were good: price and cleanliness. If you just need to stay overnight, it is OK. Yes, it was very clean. Overall, the place is pretty beaten-up. All furniture is old and worn out, there was unrepaired damage to the walls in the room. AC waas very noisy, so I had to turn it off. 'Great for a short stay.. main building are more updated rooms. As with most inns and B&Bs, a/c unit was very loud and difficult to sleep with.. pillows (at least in our room) were flat/ hard although we didn’t ask for other alternatives. Great location and view!'
