'The manager was nice, but the lady with the dark hair that works a second shift is rude to the people that check in. I walked in my room. There’s only one set of towels mind you it’s a one bedroom, queen size suite. The door lock is broken, so there’s no safety lock that locks, you only have the one above the door knob that you can lock on the inside because the top one is broken '

'We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We got a one bedroom suite. It was huge, bedroom, bathroom and living room. The only problem we had was the hide a bed was horrible! I had to go out and buy a blow up bed in order to sleep. Those mattresses NEED to be changed. Everything else there was 100%.'

'This was probably the best hotel I have stayed in. I will definitely be looking for a Hyatt Place the next time I stay somewhere.
