'Een prachtig gelegen hotel met een super vriendelijke service. De enige verbeterpuntjes die ik zou kunnen noemen zijn krakende vloeren en de wachtrij voor het ontbijt op zondagochtend. Maar alle belangrijke zaken waren prima in orde. We hebben heerlijk overnacht. Helaas hadden we geen tijd om van de Spa faciliteiten gebruikt te maken.'

'We only need a place to sleep en shower, but than it should be pleasant en clean. This hotel offers that very well. Good beds, clean bathroom, all the basic requirements including wifi. The staff is friendly, the included breakfast sufficient (full english if you want), the facilities are modern and bright. It is next to restaurants and fitness club and easily accessible by main roads. For one night of a whole week, this place is good to stay.'

'We had a lovely experience. Stayed to travel into Birmingham for the Xmas markets. The hotel was very hot!! We had to open windows as our radiators were actually already off. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Lovely big room '

'The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query.'

'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'
