My room was all the way in the back end of the hotel. The gentleman in charge at the reception offered to walk with me to my room. He insisted I would get lost if he didn't, and he was right. 'Excellent value for the price. Close to the city centre, but nice and quiet at night. All facilities at the hotel are what you would expect for a Marriot chain hotel For taxi rides into the centre, use the Bolt app, as it is cheaper than Uber. '

'Fabulous staff. We had a problem on the first night and the staff were excellent. Moved us to another room and offered compensation. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is in a lovely area opposite a beautiful park and a short walk to the venue we attended and to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.'
