'The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!'

'When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again.'

'The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. '

'Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc'

'Zeer goed bed, goeie douche, dubbele kamer ruim.

'We only need a place to sleep en shower, but than it should be pleasant en clean. This hotel offers that very well. Good beds, clean bathroom, all the basic requirements including wifi. The staff is friendly, the included breakfast sufficient (full english if you want), the facilities are modern and bright. It is next to restaurants and fitness club and easily accessible by main roads. For one night of a whole week, this place is good to stay.'

'Easy to find 15 a 20 minutes from the airport easy traveling. Very clean nice hotel. Control light tempature and onlock the door with your phone. Can store your stuff and bag and leave it there if your to early to check in. They have world chargers'

'The rooms don't really look like the ones in the pictures, in reality they are a bit more worn down and DYI rather than the pictures which give a modern clean look. Cleanlyness is a bit of an issue, with grease on the kitchenettes, specs of blood on the bedding, even one of the clean towels. The whole hotel is also not maintenainted to the most profesional of standards, and really resembles a university accomodation rather than a hotel. The staff however are great, very friendly and helpful....
