'The air conditioner in all the common areas in all the floors did not work, hallways extremely hot. I was offered a shuttle to airport as part of guest privikedge and one hour before I inquired and was told the called off.'

'Room was clean. The price is right. It’s clean but basic. There's towels but not soap, shampoo. Spacious room, tv, wifi, continental breakfast. Parking is infront ofnthe building in a non-gated area but it's safe. Its was good for me for one night.thank you. '

'Es un súper hotel, desde que llegas la atención es increíble. Lo que más me gustó es que tiene su zona para puro adulto (en la hacienda) y el ambiente ahí es muy tranquilo. Los diferentes restaurantes son una maravilla y la comida ni se diga. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y tienen de todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.'

'A beautiful and enchanting hotel. We only stayed there for a short while but it was truly short and sweet. The vibes were especially peaceful, and the neighborhood it was in too. The architecture was jaw droppingly beautiful and unique. A mix of Mexican Boho and classical. We also loved that it was walking distance from the airport. My wife and I walked 15 minutes to get there. We recommend for any length of stay. This place is truly a hidden gem!'

My wife and I felt like we were at home. The property itself was very clean, functional and well maintained. Our two bedroom 2 bathroom suite was amazing. Our stay at the San Tropico Boutique Hotel was well worth it and we will book here again. Highly recommended!'
