'Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..'

' El lugar está en una buena ubicación, las habitaciones están de buen tamaño aún que la habitación que nos tocó la ventana no cerraba. En general todo estaba muy bien aún que lo único malo es que no cuenta con un acceso a pie directo de la parte del estacionamiento para ingresar al hotel o por lo menos no me lo mencionaron. Y era algo incómodo caminar hasta la parte de enfrente para acceder por puerta principal. '

'This was a quiet place to be able to retreat to after partying at El Malecon. Quite peaceful and affordable. They have a house cat named Benito who just chills and sleeps. '

'el hotel es un lugar muy agradable, la habitación muy bonita y las camas super confortables, agua caliente y fría en la ducha, la alberca super limpia al igual que el jacuzzi y toda el area de la terraza invita al descanso y la relajación además de una vista hermosa. El personal muy atento y amable, en fin todo excelente. Además esta muy bien ubicado el hotel pues alrededor encuentras centros comerciales, farmacias, oxxos, restaurantes, bares y fondas y hasta te puedes ir caminando a la playa...

'The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. '

'Si eres una persona activa físicamente, no tienes opciones. La oferta deportiva es prácticamente nula. El gimnasio está muy limitado, como que no le han dado suficiente importancia. Tampoco hay otras actividades deportivas, se ven canchas de tenis pero no pertenecen a la propiedad. La limpieza es buena, el personal en lo general es muy amable. La comida es buena, lástima que no cuentan con un buffet para desayunar, antes lo había y era muy bueno, ahora ya no existe esa opción. Hay un mini súper...

'Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon '

'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.'
