The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building with 55 square meters of area, designed by an interior designer in the search to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project:
- Aesthetics;
- Comfort;
- Feeling of local belonging.

It consists of a hall / living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a dining / kitchen room (equipped for 4 people).

The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and a bathroom with a heated towel rail.

We also defined as a matrix for this space of STUPENDO the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.

There is a wide variety of transport for travel to the rest of the city (Metro, bus, Uber, Scooters for hire, rental bikes) and dedicated cycle paths for trips to downtown.

Available on the building's street for a fee of 0.80 cents per hour (paid at public parking meters). Free from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays. Also free all day on weekends and holidays.

The building in which this apartment by STUPENDO is located is in the city center, in BAIRRO DE ARROIOS, in a very calm and quiet street at night, but parallel to Avª Morais Soares (One of the avenues with the greatest diversity of commerce and restaurant Lisbon) being three metro stations from the main squares in the city center (Martim Moniz / Rossio)
