The Space:

* Updated with AC/Heating as of 2/1/26. * Welcome to a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment designed for a luxurious stay. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances for preparing meals with ease. Each bedroom offers cozy beds and ample storage, while the bathrooms are contemporary and pristine. A private balcony provides the perfect spot to relax or enjoy a glass of wine.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. This includes three generously sized bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. The apartment is equipped with high-speed and we also provide fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries to make your stay hassle-free.

Navigating around Parede and beyond is incredibly easy. The beach is just a short stroll away, inviting you to enjoy its golden sands and crystal-clear waters. The local train station, a short walk from the apartment, provides efficient connections to Cascais, Estoril, and Lisbon, making day trips and commutes a breeze. Additionally, local bus services and bike rentals are available for those looking to explore the area at their own pace.

Pre-Arrival Form

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.



Tourist Tax

A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.

The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.

You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.



Accommodation Details

All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:

- All beds made with fresh linen and towels

- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)

- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.



Additional Services

- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.



House Rules

- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.

- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.

- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.

- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.

- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00
