Markets, a bakery and restaurants are nearby. Traditional trams pass stop 10 meters away, and is 600 meters meters away. Here you'll get the real atmosphere living Among the locals.

The apartment has a living room with a double sofa-bed.
There is a bedroom with a double bed, and a very small bathroom with shower.

The kitchen equipment is new and includes a washing machine, microwave and refrigerator.

Wi-Fi internet, Cable TV with international channels
Sheets and towels are provided.
Free heating in winter

Transport:
Thirty meters from buses and trams (12.28), Subway 600 meters away (Martim Moniz station)
Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping nearby.

The flat is Normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the leaving date but in case of need we can be flexible over this.
