It is located on the 1st floor without an elevator.

Tastefully decorated, this lovely 70m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms feature a single bed and bunk beds. All beds are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens for optimal comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring the city. Within close proximity to popular attractions such as Castelo de São Jorge and the Santa Justa Lift, guests can easily immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of Lisbon. After a day of sightseeing, guests can enjoy a meal at nearby restaurants like the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa or O Talho, which are known for their delicious cuisine. With its great location and convenient access to the city's top attractions, this accommodation is the ideal choice for travellers looking to experience all that Lisbon has to offer.

Easy access from Lisbon airport and Santa Apolónia railway station, as well as to tourist sites and monuments. Shopping facilities within walking distance. Metro: Arroios station, Green Line.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
