Lodges in Lihue-Koloa Forest Reserve

'Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. '

'Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues.'

'Wonderful hotel in a convenient location'

'We had a great stay in the deluxe ocean view room. Spectacular views, great beach to swim at. The restaurants were really good too, we just were bummed we couldn’t get room service the night we arrived. Other than that, amazing food at lava and rum fire. Coffee shop onsite was great too. Already planning or next trip'

'We had a wonderful time in this sweet spot at Hanalei Bay. The apartment was well outfitted and had the most gorgeous view! The resort had nice features such as an on site restaurant, beautiful pool and laundry and ice close to the unit. Very close to Hanalei town for shopping and restaurants as well as great beach locations. Perfect for a couple looking to relax and enjoy the best of Kauai!'

'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). Luckily they were able to provide the right code so we could get in.The studio is smaller then the pictures show and smelled terrible. The smell was moldy in especially the bathroom and cabinet in Living room, but the smell was everywhere. The studio, not condo, was old and...

'Lots of poolside chairs but we were there in low season. Paid for upgraded room and deeply regret. Even requested a quiet room and was blown away by music in their luau pavilion. Hotel makes money hosting concerts but doesn’t consider noise pollution and lack of parking for their paying hotel guests. '

'The Cliffs is a great condo style resort in Princeville. The condo has all the amenities that you need to cook your own meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. No on site restaurants, but they have a breakfast/coffee truck and a food truck each night for dinner. '
