'Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.'

'There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. 'The overall hotel experience was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. The room itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. No issues with parking, as there was always a spot for us to find and even if we had to walk a little further from the main parking lot it didn’t phase us as we got to experience the beauty of the resort as we did so. 'Great central location. Condo was updated, clean, and very spacious and had all of the necessities. We played pickleball and used the pool. Parking was very convenient right outside condo.'

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. 'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours).
