'I had a handicap accessible room. However, the shower chair slide from under me almost causing me to injure myself further. Its not okay that the elevator didn't work as I was on crutches. The property is Not very handicap friendly. If it weren't for the wonderful shuttle drivers, i would have been stuck in my room. Property was beautiful and I had an amazing time'

'A little off the beaten path, but perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet. I stayed in a comfortable, relatively dry garden-view room. Dinner by the beach was just okay, but the sunset was absolutely stunning. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Overall, a lovely and peaceful stay.'

'I’ll start by saying the beach at the Azul property in Negril is amazing, and the sunset is picture perfect. That said, the Azul resort property shown and advertised on travel sites does not match what we experienced in Negril, Jamaica. This property is not an upscale resort, although it has the potential to be one. It needs major upgrades and repairs. There were a lot of cats on the property. Although the cats were beautiful, it was frustrating to see so many of them roaming freely throughout...

'I loved breakfast and different Jamaican protein and porridge everyday so if you're a must have bacon or sausage person this might not be the place for you. There are places nearby where you can get your fix so you won't be deprived. The staff is lovely and very cooperative'
