« The room had roaches and aside from that the lady at the front desk was rude from the start. We were dealing with a traumatic situation and it was the worst time for her to be rude. Soon as we walked in she said she had no rooms, then after finding out that I had paid in full for the whole stay, demanded a cash deposit from me. She didn’t even ask if I had a reservation.
