'When we arrived, the apartment was perfectly clean. We have stayed in an apartment several times during our vacation , but this one was really top notch. Everything was as in the pictures. The bottle of wine present, the ham, cheese, and other drinks made it amazing. In the apartment everything worked perfectly. 'Casa Sol is in a convenient location a 10 minute easy stroll from the shops and restaurants at Marina Rubicon. The villa was spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. Initially, we had a problem with gaining access to the property, which has a, for us anyway, confusing digital door lock. The problem was resolved after contacting the emergency number. Overall, we would certainly come back.'

'Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, liegt sehr Zentral 200m zum Hafen und Promenade und sehr fielen Bars und Lokalen mit super Ausblick auf den Hafen und Meer, und 100m zum Arrecife Strand. Hat alles gut funktioniert, Wohnung wirkt älter als auf den Fotos ist aber gut. Einziger Nachteil ist das die Parksituation schwierig ist im gesamten Gebiet wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und mussten nicht in das 50m entfernet Parkhaus.'

'Modern, gloednieuw, uiterst comfortabel, functioneel, mooi, schoon appartement op de eerste etage. Een zeer complete, mooie, keukeninventaris is aanwezig. De plek waar de de eettafel staat, is voor 4 personen onhandig en krap. Voor ons (2 volwassenen) moest de zitbank verplaatst worden om aan de eetafel te kunnen zitten en dan kijk je tegen een muur aan. Het is wel mogelijk om aan het kookeiland plaats te nemen (3 zitplaatsen). Er is geen vaatwasser en er is geen balkon/terrras waar je op kunt...

'Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. 'Great quiet location minutes walk from good restaurants and the beach we were met by the owner Jorge who explained everything to us, throughout the whole booking process Jorge has been most helpful answering any queries very quickly even arranged for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birthday the apartment itself is stunning really beautiful comfortable place to stay all the facilities were exceptional will no doubt stay there again in the future .'

'Mooi ingericht appartement op een rustige locatie midden in het centrum. Snelle en accurate communicatie, zeer netjes en schoon, goed bed, fijne badkamer, op loopafstand van bakker, supermarkten, busstations en bezienswaardigheden. We huurden voor een paar dagen een auto om wat verder op het eiland te gaan kijken. Parkeren onder het gebouw was geen probleem. Zou het appartement zeker aanraden. 'Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise.'

'We komen er graag door de locatie. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen handdoekje leggen bij het zwembad vind ik erg irritant. Wanneer je om half negen komt, is er geen stoel meer vrij omdat op alle stoelen een handdoek ligt. Maar je ziet geen mensen op de stoelen. Ik vind dat ze daar strenger in moeten zijn. '

Donkere dikke vitrages die altijd dicht zijn. Vervang dit voor blinds, restaurant zou notabene uitzicht hebben op zee en zwembad. Ontbijtpersoneel is vriendelijk.
