The check in instructions said to enter the code which I did, and the lock appeared to open, but when I pressed in the thumb latch, the door would not open. « Where to begin. This host deserves to be banned from VRBO. She had the nerve to claim that she had no idea that the city was digging up the street right in front AND that they would be digging up the common area right outside the front door to put in new water lines DURING MY STAY!!! The neighborhood was of ramshackle homes, stray dogs and cats, and NOWHERE NEAR BALBOA PARK! She singlehandedly made me rethink ever renting from VRBO again. »
