'The buildings and the rooms in this well maintained resort are the main attraction, the nature and the views are the strongest point. There are several restaurants on the site, however they were cloased most of the time, so the general buffet restaurant was the only option for dinner; and unfortunately is looks rather cheap and the food is rather average (and the house wine is undrinkable). The breakfast restaurant is much nice and has better food. For lunch yo better head to the beach...

Gracias!'

'This hotel is very underrated and it was amazing! I would stay here everytime I go back to puerto Vallarta.'

'I was debating whether to stay on an all inclusive or a only breakfast included . I decided to have the freedom of only breakfast so we could explore more places and take different tours The staff is number 1. Friendly, authentic, happy to help, it is in their nature. Not fake looking ro obtain something. Everything we need was kindly and immediately facilitated. The view of the terrace is stunning while doing morning yoga. Despite theres no TV, we dint need it. We were in adventours all...

'Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites. My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again.'

'In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

'Wonderful!'

'The main pool the affinity pool was down for repairs the other two pools, which were much smaller. The filter didn’t work the whole time we were there. The water was filthy. We complained and just kept getting a run run around. They told us to take excursions'
