'This was my first time staying at the Hilton Vacation Club, and it was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly; it was a very private area, super safe, clean, and beautiful. Everything is incredibly convenient; you can simply text a number if you need more towels. Each "room" is basically an entire apartment in which you get to yourself. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for free upon arrival. Checkout is also super easy; just drop your keys in the box on the way out the gate. Would...

'Overall, it was a great experience. Can’t beat a nice hotel directly on the beach. We had a minor blip, one of the hand towels had fresh mascara on it. The front desk staff quickly got us new ones plus additional towels. Rest of the room was spotless and the view from the 19th floor was absolutely breathtaking! We were able to check into our room two hours early and the front desk staff helped us roll into another nights stay while keeping the same room! Huge thank you to her. We appreciated it!...

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '
