'We have stayed at this property multiple times and this time were disappointed with the decision to remove the in-room coffee maker, the installation of one coffee cup at a time dispensers at breakfast and the cold scrambled eggs. The breakfast staff person was pleasant and helpful but it was really slow getting a cup of coffee because it’s all self serve. The notes said the decision for changes was based on minimizing cup waste but if that’s true they can offer ceramic mugs to be washed. The...

'The hotel was fine for our needs. Spent a week visiting family. You can tell it has been updated to a point. What ever contractor's performed the upgrades they didn't do very well, but I look at the corners, grout and paint. Hotel was good for the price.'

'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '
