Left turn and we could go to either pool or we where located right across the street from tower 2, turn right and we could go inside for coffee and the restaurant and exit to the parking garage for our car. The view was great! We had an ocean view, balcony room so we could see the outdoor pools and tiki bar from our room! 'Very disappointing stay. We paid about $340 for two nights, and when we checked into our room, there was already a commercial drying fan running with towels placed under the air conditioner because it was leaking. The carpet remained wet throughout our stay, making the room uncomfortable. The room also showed multiple signs of poor maintenance, including dirty windows, water-stained ceilings, rust on the lamp base, worn furniture, stains, and other cleanliness issues. 'The room was amazing, and the staff was above and beyond when it came to accommodating me ( with a service animal) and my husband ( who is in a power wheelchair) and making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thanks goes out to the bell staff for being awesome!!'

'Checking in was horrible , I had to call a third party to get my room number and my code to my room. The code worked for a day , and then I had to recall them to get a different code. Had to call for extra towels, you have to reuse towels for however long you stay. Doesn't replenish toilet paper! The balcony was nice with the beach view that you have.'
