There is a working, noisy pier that is quite unattractive that has to do with upgrading sewage pipes along the beach. Along with that, there was a hotel two doors down in the opposite direction that was undergoing reconstruction. 'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'The staff was friendly and welcoming! The cleanliness of the room was not good, from 1-10 ( 1 being the lowest) I would give it a 4!!! The room hardwood floor was dusty and dirty, There was a broom in the room so I had to sweep the floor! But no dustpan to put it in so had to use paper towels that I brought to pick up the dust and dirt. The bathroom was very small, there wasn’t a shower curtain for the shower and the toilet seat was soo loose like it was about to fall off. There was barely...

'The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.'
