'This was easily the best stay of our entire trip. The facilities were extremely clean and well maintained, and the overall experience felt very relaxing and high-end. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure everything during our stay was perfect. The onsens were also incredible. 'Geweldig hotel! De ideale plek met prima kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt en een toplocatie bij Skytree, Ginza en Asakuse Line. Enige comment: matras was wel erg hard maar komt waarschijnlijk doordat er ruimte onder bed is gecreerd voor koffers/opslag'

'OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away.'

'The cleanliness of our rooms left a lot to be desired. There were long black hairs all over the floors that got on our stuff and stuck to our feet. We felt a little gross in the room and didn’t fully trust the cleaning procedures after noticing this. The curtains also let in a lot of light and are not blackout. Otherwise, the hotel was in a great location and staff were very kind.'

'Well appointed Hotel. Clean and plenty of towels. Convenience stores nearby as well as close to all the tourist attractions of Asakusa. Large for Tokyo and much bigger than previous Hotels I have stayed at. The rate dropped for 7 days or more so pay around with dates when booking. '
