Villa's in Kona Coast

'We had an amazing time on the island and it was great coming back after a long day of adventures to a very nice place to call home for two weeks. We loved just sitting on the patio and watching beautiful sunsets most every evening! So thankful for the beach gear in the garage and overall a very nice home. '

'Family trip with 19 and 27 year old daughters in mid July 2025. The house was clean and in a perfect location. Check in process was smooth and we loved the living area so we could sit around at the end of the evening talking about our day. Communication with Amy was easy and she was quick to respond to our questions. We will be back for sure!'

'Check in was seamless - directions were very clear and super easy. The kitchen is very well equipped and so we enjoyed making a couple of dinners at home and breakfast daily '

'From the first point of contact with Marji to our extended check-out time, Marji was incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about her home and the surrounding areas to help us plan a fantastic annual family trip. Her home was just stunning and provided every comfort and luxury. Needless to say, the views were like no other.... just breathtaking! We felt spoiled every minute. 'The place is clean and very nicely decorated. It is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The Hilton Pass works like a charm. Overall, we are happy about the stay. You will need to check with the owner and see if shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent will be provided. '

'This was a beautiful property super close to the beach! Our family of seven adults and one infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The host was responsive to request and provided beach equipment and had cribs and high chairs for the baby. The home was clean. We also appreciated how the clubhouse for the complex was on the beach. It allows us to play on the sand and then come back, rinse off and jump in the pool. Another feature was that we were super close to the King and Queen‘s markets along...

'Excellent condo, fully stocked with anything we could have needed and a garage full of beach supplies which made our trip so much easier with 2 small kids. We loved the Hilton day pass as well as the localPool, such a fun trip! Thank you for everything. '

'Lovely property, well furnished with good kitchen. Ground floor was really nice to walk out on lawn and pool was right next door. Only issue we had was slight musty smell, but you adjust. Well located property close to central Kona. Big enough for two couples or large families.'
