An Executive villa home with Pool, Spa and Conservation View!

This is an Executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and cable TV, the second bedroom has a king bed with own bathroom and cable TV, the third room has queen bed and fourth bedroom has two twin beds .The family room is equipped with TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots pans and crockery is available for light cooking. There is a full size washing machine and a dryer. The private pool area is also equipped with patio furniture for outside dining. Linens and towels are provided except for pool side towels and wash cloths. Pool area has outside TV. Internet access/wireless

I don't rent anymore

We stayed in the house for a few days and we had to buy new blankets and sheets for the beds because the ones that were there smelled old, something that has been there for a long time and has not been changed. The house was not 100% clean. The master bathroom had hair on the floor. The most inconvenient of all was with the trash. The owner of the house has problems with the neighbors and the trash cans, which were 3 large, were clogged with trash and had stones on top. There was a lot of trash on the floor that could not be used. Around the pool garden, there was a lot of trash, including plastic, etc. The smell of the trash went from the front to the back of the house. This situation was very strange. I kept my trash in black bags and left them on top of the cans. Our experience was not very nice.

Me and my family booked this property back in the first part of Feb for our family vacation. When we first booked the property, it looks very nice, and we liked it because it had everything we wanted. Things seemed too good to be true when I sent my money for the house the owner took the money rite away then and it was Un refundable we knew that, but thing turn out for the worsts. we contact the homeowner by email on the second week of March before our trip and asked him about the heating of the pool and spa and he told us it would be and additional $ 75. My family was ok with that but still undecided if wanted to have it done because of the weather condition in Florida. I contacted him again about 2 weeks before the trip and asked how we send the money for pool and I was talked to very rudely. so, he wanted us to send him the money directly to him and not threw vrbo so he could cut the middleman out of the deal. I knew something wasn't right, but we decided to send the money anyways in a money order and I mail it to him and a week before my trip. I got in touch with him to see if he had got it and he told me No which I knew was lie because I track the money order. So, I knew something was up again so call I vrbo and they told me it was against their policy, and I told him that and he tried to charge me additional $75 threw VRBO after I sent the money already. So, the day of my vacation I was ready to go and got called from owner at 10am saying the house didn't have any AC & the house had bed bugs in there and it wasn't going to be available for me and family to stay to in and he had to see if he could find us another place to stay. He contacted me 30mins later with another house to stay at which wasn't even close to we wanted &what I paid for. It was a different platform then Vrbo. It was a basic house that was not worth the money I just paid him. It didn't come with any accommodations which me and family was looking for when booking his house. The house was supposed to come with a heated pool which it wasn't heated at all. The house was smaller, only 2 TV's and wasn't bigger enough for 8 people at all. It had twin beds in two of the room where had 5 teenagers sleeping at smh. I was very upset because I felt scammed out of my money and this homeowner didn't even consider refunding me half of money for our trip because we were inconvenience during vacation. Then he kept this house up on VRBO like we were staying there for views.

Perfect for family

A great holiday stay, good location for visits to theme parks. Pool in back very nice...but too cold to swim in since we arrived right after a deep freeze. Clean, safe, spacious, and well-appointed. Enjoyed the art work too.

Nice House, But...

We arrived on Wednesday 06/22/2022 for a nine day stay. Depending on your definition of an “Executive villa home,” this house may or may not meet your expectations. When considering what I paid for my nine-day stay, it did NOT meet mine because of the items listed below, and the high Vrbo fees added on top of the daily rental charge: (1) The Vrbo website pictures showed towels in the bathrooms and bedrooms neatly folded and arranged. We had to find (search for) the bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. (2) I had to clean the floor around the pool before I allowed my grandchildren to use the pool. (3) There were two COMPLETELY full garbage containers and a COMPLETELY full recycle container when we arrived. Considering we arrived on Wednesday, I would have expected the containers to be empty or near empty, but not COMPLETELY full. The garbage containers had maggots in them, which caused a fly infestation around the outside of the house and quite a few flies in the house. I called the management company to have the garbage containers placed on the curb Sunday night for the Monday pickup. I did take out the full recycle container on the day we arrived for the Thursday pickup. (4) An instruction booklet explaining the does and don’ts for the community and the house was provided. For the most part it was very helpful, except for two important areas: (a) The instructions for locking the front door when leaving described using a lockbox. There is a lockbox, but it’s not used anymore. (b) The Wi-Fi SSID name in the booklet does not match the actual name you will need to connect to Wi-Fi. (5) There needs to be clear instructions for using the TV remote and set top box remote in the living room. The house has a nice floorplan; and is large and comfortable enough to accommodate four adults and two young children (with one bedroom and bathroom to spare). The furniture is OK, and it comes equipped with what you would expect to find in a rental home, e.g., coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, plates, bowels, and flatware. The pool area is very nice, and it has a safety fence, which I much appreciated. Our 3-year-old and 7-year-old granddaughters loved the pool and the house. Pool toys were also provided, which was much appreciated. The check-in/check-out processes are great.

Great stay! Place was very clean, with easy access. Didn't know it was a gated community, so there is a noise restriction from 9pm to 9am. The kids loved the pool. Great location, minutes away from everything, including the Premium Outlets and Fun Spot. I would stay again. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. We had ten people over the course of 4 days, so we ran out.

Family Cumbrian trip

Property was very clean apart from a few roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Overall a great stay. No container to put trash when prev attendees is not disposed of. No regrets would stay again n recommend this unit

Lovely Home!!

The house was very nice. We loved the pool/spa. My family and i really did enjoyed our stay..We only had one issue upon arrival both trash bins were full over capacity and full of flies and maggots. So that made it impossible to enjoy the gameroom. The handle on the slide needs to be fix.. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!!

Well the pictures were the best part. Large tub but not enough hot water to enjoy it. Big shower but a Walmart hand held sprayer to use it. Minimal utensils for the kitchen, dishwasher that sounds like an airplane. No guest book had to contact agent for departure instructions. Took a full day to find out we had to tell them in advance we wanted the hot tub heated. Not in the best neighborhood. Can’t recommend this house

Better than a hotel

Overall, better than staying at a hotel. About 30-40 minutes from theme parks. Plan on providing all your own paper and cleaning products (TP, paper towels, dish and laundry soap, trash bags etc.) Pool is nice and screened in for bug protection. Check the garage for pool toys before buying any. Worth the cost of staying here.

The house has potential but isn't there yet.

Over all the house worked well for our needs, this doesn't say it was perfect, yet it does have alot of potential. First and formost the door key instructions were not well explained and confusing as they refranced a keybox, however the door lock is a electric lock. The house wifi has a miss match SSID that doesn't match the house instruction book. The house could use dusting of the plants and furniture within the house and over all the house wasn't really clean. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The refrigerator was set too cold and froze our food. The garbage disposal didn't run half the time. There was only one garbage bag available for the kitchen trash. The door handle leading to the pool came loose. Even with the mix of maintenance neglect over all the property was an enjoyable place to spend with family.

Great Place

We had an excellent stay and everything was great. The pool are was awesome. We prepared a head and paid the fee for the heated pool; we are so glad we did! Not too far from the parks (Disney/Universal), so the drive was not bad. It was great to come back from the parks and just relax in the spa/pool. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. Management was super friendly and got back to us quick whenever we had questions. Overall, a wonderful vacation in a wonderful place. We would definitely come back. Thank you!
