'Set in a lovely position on the beach with beautiful walks along the coastal path. The staff are brilliant they can’t do enough for you a couple of hiccups were dealt with very quickly and professionally the breakfast’s were very good and Louise was great at looking after us. 'We stayed in Kingston because we wanted to „shortcut“´a long stage of the South Coast Path. We received a very friendly welcome, the hosts were great, and the Dolphin Inn Pub and the rooms have lots of athmosphere! We liked it a lot!'

'The business is no longer a going concern, no staff, fire risks, lack of lighting in public areas, on-line advertising is totally misleading (outdated). One has to feel for the poor Landlord trying in vain to keep going.'

'Super host and rental- cosy , welcoming and literally had everything we required. It was great having a fenced and gated garden so our dog could potter safely around. Have a wonderful relaxing stay.'

'Great place for the family, our 5-yr old loved the stairs and having his own bathroom! Nicely equipped kitchen, and room for the grandparents to visit. We even cooked, which we don't usually do on vacation! Enjoyed the games rooms and pool too. Only thing missing was a wood burning stove! Loved it, will definitely recommend it'
