« The cottage was charming,extremely clean and well equipped. The short walk to a gorgeous beach and to town make this property ideal. It was so lovely we chose to cook and eat in. There was a 24/7 hum from a large generator at a construction site across the street but the owner extended a discount to compensate for any detractor. I’m so happy that we discovered this gem and hope to come back soon. »

« We had a fabulous stay at Alan’s place. Condo was updated, spacious, and had everything we needed for the week. The amenities at Naples Bay are top notch with a great shuttle service to the beach including chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Alan was easy to communicate with and we would recommend his place. We’ve stayed in many cottages at Naples Bay and this was one is at the top of our list! »

« Brought our kayaks and launched from the most tranquil boat ramp. We pulled right up to the water. It was the perfect private escape. I watched dolphins from the chair in the picture during sunrise and sunset with a coffee or drink in hand. We caught redfish, snapper, snook, jack, catfish, trout and a shark! Stingrays raced our kayaks. We walked to a local restaurant and the food was great. The house was clean and beautiful. The host had great communication. We will definitely go back! »

« Great stay. Place was clean, well stocked, large, and updated. We didn’t use the amenities much but the pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Beach is closeby and availability of chairs and umbrellas from the resort was helpful. We will definitely stay here again. »

« We had an absolutely fantastic week staying in Cottage C-102 at Naples Bay Resort. This was our third visit to Naples Bay Resort and this cottage was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. The furnishings and equipment weee all first rate and there was everything we needed. Great washer and dryer, excellent kitchen with coffee makers and dishwasher and modern smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the lounge. « Spacious, clean property. Manager responded very promptly to a minor issue with the door lock. Attached pool was a great benefit with children! Description is a bit misleading- Tigertail beach parking lot entrance is close, but the beach itself is a long distance away - not walkable from the house. The body of water shown in the picture is a canal not suitable for swimming. »

« The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. »

« The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again! »

« Have stayed at Naples Bay Resort many times all over the property and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed so far. This was our third time in The Cottages and the best yet. Cottage was exceptionally clean and kitchen was stocked better than any rental I’ve been in all my travels. Marc was great with communication and I would definitely rent from him again. »
