Cottages in Kice Island

'Check in was easy. Everything we needed. Full size fridge cook eye, dishes and utensiles. Snacks were nice. Having a washer and dryer was the best. June was our month to visit. Mosquitos were horrible. Purchased mosquito shirts at hardware store. They helped alot. We went to fish and have fun. We caught fish and had fun!!! So it was a win.Lots of restaurants closed this time of year but still good places to eat.We accidently locked ourselves out. Owner came quickly to open door for us.Highly...

'The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. '

'We enjoyed our stay at this place. It is well equipped,cean and quiet. We enjoyed riding our bikes around a nearby park. It is a quality property!'

'we went for a quiet relaxing weekend on the beach we were at least 15mins from the beach very limit beach as hotels own most of them the beach we did find was so crowded you could of put a pin between us most of the parking was members only so when we did find somewhere to park it cost us 40.00 for the day so not a good experience so we will never go back to Naples '

'Brought our kayaks and launched from the most tranquil boat ramp. We pulled right up to the water. It was the perfect private escape. I watched dolphins from the chair in the picture during sunrise and sunset with a coffee or drink in hand. We caught redfish, snapper, snook, jack, catfish, trout and a shark! Stingrays raced our kayaks. We walked to a local restaurant and the food was great. The house was clean and beautiful. The host had great communication. We will definitely go back!'

'Great property! Wonderful layout of kitchen, living room and pool area all connected for family enjoyment. Pool surrounding gardens very green and taken care. '

'I liked that the property was clean. I did not like that the pool had sharp things on the bottom that my daughter tore her foot on. I didn’t like that there were 3 bedrooms & the only tv was in the living room…just 1! I didn’t like that there was no door to the master bathroom..only a curtain. I didn’t like that we only stayed 1 night & left & I contacted the properties person & have yet to have this resolved.'

'Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. '
