'This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again.'

'We had a really nice stay. The place is setup nicely and much bigger than expected so plenty of space for whatever you bring with you. The beds are comfy and the showers really good. There is easy access to Bassenthwaite for water sports and access to the hills behind and around for walking and running. The only thing that might confuse some people is that despite the name "Bramble Cottage" it isn't a standalone cottage, it is a set of rooms with other accommodation above and to the side. You...

'Well equipped and obviously recently refurbished to a very good standard - having 3 showers and bathrooms is really good! Well equipped good kitchen and plenty of space. Location is ideal, great views of the fells and plenty of walking and other activities on the doorstep.'

'We all enjoyed staying in the property. It had plenty room and did not feel over crowded with 8 of us staying there. The water pressure for the showers was very good. Plenty plates/cutlery etc in the kitchen. Small point was that the oven took a very long time to cook anything but otherwise all good. We would come back.'

'Small but perfectly formed would sum up this cottage. Very comfortable with every convenience provided. The cottage is in the centre of Keswick opposite the Co-Op and has a parking space which is very useful. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.'

'Een geweldige start van de vakantie. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Heerlijk om opgemaakte bedden en schone handdoeken te vinden. Gelukkig was de zon redelijk vaak aanwezig. De kamer was donker, maar met het licht aan best gezellig. De wasmachine werkte goed en de golvende koekenpan hebben we een paar keer met succes gebruikt.'

'Such a cost, warm and welcoming cottage. Instantly feels like a home away from home. Superbly equipped and near to some of the most surrounding walks and tells such as Skiddaw and (right above) Blenchathra. Parking right outside the lodge too (if your car isn't too big!), which is really handy for unpacking. Check in/out is easy. Easy to find too. Will definitely be returning! Great for couples or people on their own.'

'The cottage is in a great location for the northern lakes giving easy access to Ulleswater, Grasmere and Windermere. The house was very clean and contained everything you would expect. Although there is a shower head in the bath it’s not easy to use as there is no shower curtain or screen. The jacuzzi was very nice though once you got the bath to a nice temperature. The heating control was a little lacking. We could not turn the temperature down in the middle single bed room and this room...
