« What a comfortable, peaceful home. Lots of seating both inside and out. Do I want to sit on the dock, on the patio, on the porch at a table, in the chairs by the firepit? Thoroughly enjoyed this lakehouse for its homey vibe and quiet location. Minutes from Greenville. Eastern facing so the sunrises were a plus! »

« We had coffee on the dock for the morning sun...afternoons on the upper deck. Evenings were on the docks for the sun set..our Evening visits from the enormous flock of geese. The star gazing on the dock was amazing with the skies so deep. »

« This house was better than described in the listing! Clean, beautiful location, amazing view. We had teens, preteens and toddlers. We loved the kayaks, fire pit, and all the board games. We rented a pontoon boat from Boom and Chain rentals one day and played on the lake, it was SO MUCH FUN! I highly recommend this house »

« Frank was friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. The groom and groomsman got ready at the house. It was perfect. The photographer loved the rock stairs and the many photo backgrounds. Thank you Frank. We will recommend your home to anyone looking to stay in the area. »

« Very relaxing! Great screened in porch where we spent most of our time if we weren’t fishing or floating in the water. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Very clean. It was a great family vacation! Only negative was there are many big rocks and seaweed in the water. No place to walk in. So kayaking, canoeing and floating are your best choices. Would go back!! »

« This property is a jewel. This is where they should have filmed "On Golden Pond." It is very private, yet only 20 minutes from I-95 and major supermarkets, etc. If you are looking for piece and quiet, security, a delightfully private pond and a stunning view of the opposite, natural, shoreline with no other cottages, this is your place! Beds are very comfortable with good quality linens and blankets. Kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are of very good quality. Plenty of wood is supplied...
