« It is an absolutely lovely spot to relax… if there are no other guests staying. We were the only ones there the first night and it was beautifully quiet. The second night, not so much. Could hear every footstep above and people walking the halls and could hear conversations. Additionally, the first night, we could not figure out how to adjust the heat.
