'We absolutely loved our stay. The property is immersed in nature, close but far enough from Seward. The cabins are basic but this is really the point. The highlight of our stay was surely the friendliness of Gary (the manager/owner) and even his friends. A true pearl, a true local stay. Kids loved it too! 'This was the worst property we have ever been at. We left immediately as it was so dirty. There was spider in a web in the bath. The coffee pot had water in it, there was no hot water, the bed had crumbs in it. There was a ton of water damage on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo. It just was disgusting. After a 5 minute walkthrough we went back to the office and attempted to cancel. This was immediate. Frankly, Expedia should take this off their site. It was unclean!'

My only recommendation is to get rid of the fragrant soap or dryer sheets used when washing the sheets/towels. For someone who’s hyper sensitive to smells, it made my mouth and tongue numb. This is usually because someone has used a “ fragrance plug-in” but I couldn’t find one, so I assume it was in the soaps or dryer sheets. It was possibly in the cleaning materials used. ...
