'The view was beautiful and the room had every amenity we needed! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too! The kitchenette was great and the host even left the nice little box of goodies for us. Hanalei Bay Resort is amazing and we definitely look forward to returning!'

'This property was lovely. The room was little older than I thought it would be, but nice. The Hanalei Bay was wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating there and location can not be beat! Had a few issues and called the prop company and the lady tried her best to help me. Only one caveat was the extra price you pay for fees (resort fee, check in fee etc) at Hanelai Bay Resort. 'This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!'

'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). 'Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. One thing to be aware of before booking is that this condo does not have air conditioning. That was my oversight when booking, but I didn’t realize the evenings would get warm enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. (boggie bord, chaises, parasol, glacière) En octobre 2026, le seul petit inconvénient ce sont les restes de débris sur la plage à côté du complexe (ouragan). 'The condo was great and as advertised. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. We appreciated that the condo was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, sandwich bags, etc. The pool and hot tub are right outside the condo and both were enjoyable. 'Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great, and the unit was comfortable. The only downside was the refrigerator. The temporary fridge was quite small, and we were told it would be replaced. However, during our stay, no one contacted us or arranged for the replacement. We wish the management had addressed the refrigerator issue sooner, as it would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Other than that, we had a wonderful experienced.'
