'Really convenient hotel—just a super short walk from the train station and tons of restaurants nearby (even though there’s no breakfast or in-house dining). The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji is amazing! There’s a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (one dryer was out of service during my stay), and detergent is free. Loved the little extras in the lobby—free coffee, tea, soup, and drawers with towels, PJs, and skincare packets. Each floor has a microwave and a hamper for used towels and PJs....

'大浴場があるのがありがたかった！ 山中湖目の前で立地は最高でした。部屋も広めなのと、ホテルには珍しい家庭用（？）電気で明るくできるのも良かった。 クローゼットも大きく良かったのですが、上に置いた洋服がたぶん埃で汚れてしまったのでそれだけがちょっと残念でした。 でもそれ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 山中湖に遊びに行く時はまた使用させていただきたいです！'

'The room was cozy, the outdoor Onsen was fantastic. We love the privacy and the Mountain View. The staff was well trained and extremely helpful, especially the food servers.
