'The property manager was helpful. An issue with the washer was taken care of for us. The condo unit was spacious however squeezing 5 king beds left no room for bedside tables which are really needed (for things like a CPAP machine) and no dressers to put things on. Pots and pans in the kitchen are in terrible shape and instead of 5 tv's maybe better quality supplies in the kitchen would improve things. We did not cook anything given the terrible state of the pans and missing things like a can...

'Wow! This place has amazing views and is a short hike to town. Alejandro the property manger is like a concierge…he knows how to direct you to anything you want to know or do. The pool is awesome and steps away from the ground floor apartment. We took a shuttle to Sámara and were ok hiking up the hill to the apartment. But if that isn’t your thing, a 4 wheel drive would be necessary, like a quad or SUV. Highly recommend.'

'We loved our stay at Alta Vista! The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the view from the condo was absolutely amazing. The surfboard rental was great. My wife and I, visiting from New Orleans, surfed for the first time in our lives here and had an unforgettable experience. 'I was not able to sleep in the unit either night I rented it because I couldn't get through the gate to get to my unit. I've stayed at this property numerous times before with no problems. There has always been a guard at the gate to let me in. The guard now leaves at 10:30 which the host failed to let us know. The host told me after my first night that the code to the gate was in a "book" in the unit. Why didn't she send me the code to begin with. The second night the code to get in to...

'The room was very spacious and spotless. The pool was cleaned and Jennifer was responding to our txt messages within a minute. Very convenient location to Carrillo Beach and private property located up on the hill.Higly recommend,you cannot get someone better for your money. I will return and book again. '

'This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. Host was super responsive. Pool is a definite plus. Good-size, super clean, there were lounge chairs but they needed padding, two large tables and chairs for all guests. Overall beautiful pool area.
