'Building was clean and comfortable with a/c in each bedroom. Pool was great. Staff were friendly. Good location.
Some minor maintenance things like loose cabinet handles but nothing of consequence.
Cookware in the kitchen was mostly functional but needs replacing.
FYI - The family suites are not beach front. It’s a 5 minute walk to the other Residencias property that is on the beach. The pictures and listing description are not as explicit as about that as they should be.'

'My stay at Selva resort was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained.
Fernando, the concierge was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us find the best restaurants, recommend the most beautiful beaches, and guide us to the best places to visit in the area.
The facilities were extremely clean, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations.

'Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa.'

'Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma.
The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat...
