'Absolutely amazing 4 nights here. Beach is remote and empty. Great ocean waves were fun with teenagers. They took Eddies surf class down the road at San Miguel surf school and had a great time. 'One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...

'L’endroit en général est très bien situé si vous aimez le repos et la plage . Les chambres sont propres mais on y retrouve quand même quelques insectes ( ce qui est normal au Costa Rica) . La cuisine extérieure est très utile et la vue est superbe . L’école de surf à proximité était super également ! Nous récompensons ! '

'This is a nice house on a beautiful location with sublime views, but It could be so much more and better if it was just given some more attention and love. Everything is there to make it a perfect house. The outside needs some maintenance (paintwork and loose tiles from the pool). The inside is just poorly decorated with very old furniture and a very old kitchen. Everything was old and looked old and dirty. For instance the washing machine is rusty it makes you wonder what the clothes look like...

'We loved the layout of this fabulous vacation home. The pool was long enough for laps yet cozy for long sunset soaks. The deck provided both quiet and family gathering spots. The sprawl of the rooms allowed comfortable privacy. We loved the many beach options. Don Ramiro is a can’t miss restaurant (say hi to the entire family from us). Great visit!'
