'Geweldig hotel! De ideale plek met prima kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt en een toplocatie bij Skytree, Ginza en Asakuse Line. Enige comment: matras was wel erg hard maar komt waarschijnlijk doordat er ruimte onder bed is gecreerd voor koffers/opslag'

'Uitstekend verblijf met authentieke sfeer maar uiteraard ook met moderne snufjes als TV, regendouche en airco. Verblijf wordt overduidelijk met veel liefde en passie onderhouden en dat voel je als gast.'

'Voor de derde keer Gracery Asakusa bezocht. Het is een fijn hotel, dichtbij Senso-ji. Tevens dicht bij twee metrolijnen, directe treinverbinding met Narita en Haneda airport. De kamer is goed ingericht, misschien een beetje klein, maar er is goed over nagedacht. De badkamer is ook redelijk ruim. Het hotel heeft een goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.'

'Overall enjoyable stay! Some things to note: The three person room we booked has one 2-person bed standard. When you book for three people they will add an extra futon. The futon was however not added yet when we checked-in and we had to ask for it. Also keep in mind this hotel does not have a front desk and is completely self check-in, but they do however have a bigger location with a front desk (called Softlight Inn) about 15 minutes away. We were able to go there to have our luggage...

'The location is convenient, but overall I was disappointed with my stay. The capsule area was very crowded, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the building. The elevators were also dirty and had a bad odor. One of the male Japanese staff members was quite rude, although the two female staff members were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your vacation, I would recommend to save a little money and staying at a hotel instead.'

'OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away.'

'Clean, comfortable room with a lounge on top of the bed, great shower and toilet, incredible view of the Senso-ji temple, which is right across the street. 24 hour food station, with the same view and a rooftop trade with an amazing 360 view of Tokyo. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as the subway'
