'Good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable although my husband complained about the hard bed. My only suggestion would be to add more light to the hallways. I spent too much time fumbling in the poor lighting for my key card. I’m not a fan of most hotel free breakfasts. The selection is limited for those with dietary restrictions. Some non dairy options could help.'

'The breakfast was very good for us, because we love eggo’s and yoghurt. The furniture etc us still the same as 30 years ago; it needs a little upgrade'

'The lobby staff should take customer service classes; that's what they're there for, working to serve guests. The ones who helped me were very rude. I asked for information about the pool since I was traveling with children, and they told me it was for adults only and closed at 5 pm. I arrived at 6 pm on August 3rd and left at 11 am on August 4th. They charged me a resort fee, and I didn't use the facilities.'
