« We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio. »

« We were very pleased with the location and home. Only 5 miles from Louisville to explore. New Albany had great breweries and pizza as well. The house easily accomodated 8 people with a large table and 2 living rooms. Open kitchen for cooking with the family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great size as well. Fenced in yard was helpful with the dogs, there is a gap in front so they nesd to watched. Neighbors were friendly. Linda was extremely responsive with providing the checkin, any questions we...

« We stay at the Cozy Cottage every Christmas while visiting family. It has everything you need and enough space for 8 of us to not feel like we are in each other’s way. »

« Hot tub and fenced yard were great! Small house but kitchen and bathroom redone nicely. Not the best street but off street parking is great. Bed in main room is a little creaky and hard, but other bed is very comfy! Overall a great stay! »

« The host was very attentive and the house served its purpose. Our issues were the lack of heat. The house was extremely cold and uncomfortable at times. The upstairs bathroom had a ton of ladybugs and by the second day ants had taken over. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms which wouldn’t have been a huge issue if we didn’t have two teenage boys with us. It’s an old house with a lot of charm but it was not ideal for us. »

« My family enjoyed our stay cause we were together. Cleanliness of house did not met my standards. Dishwasher flooded kitchen at first use. No response after messaging owner. Dishes were washed by hand, dried with paper towels as only one drying tea towel. This house sleeps 9. Only 5 chairs for high top table. 6 forks in kitchen. No directions for leaving house so we just followed instructions from other rentals. »

« Perfection!!!! This house is so beautiful and comfortable. It’s like a artsy HGTV home. The host even put up a gorgeous Christmas tree that matched the decor and made our family time extra special. We were in town for a wedding and everything about our stay was wonderful. Thank you. »
